Wine Barrel Smoker
These are made from upcycled Wine Barrels
These have been restored and stained to give them a new lease on life. They have been bought back from the scrap heap.
The Barrel itself is equipped with a new look and a new purpose making amazing tasting food.
The internals have been made into racks and include water pan and two shelves for cooking on. They have a thermometer for you to be able to control and work out the heat. This will let you control the heat that you need to cook for up 2 8 hrs.
We cook a lot of pork on ours and most cooks take about 4 hours with a constant temp of about 110 Degrees in the smoker.
The flavours that the barrel alone gives the meat is a rich oaky flavour plus whatever rub you decide to put on your meat.
